Service Description
One-on-one Counselling Session available via Video Call or Phone. Available Australia wide only. Calendar is set to Eastern Standard Time. Our Counselling Sessions include help with; *Developing confidence with self esteem, body image and discovering your true self *The role of Self Care in preventing burnout and overwhelm *Mapping out a pathway moving forward from loss, trauma and life transitions *Improving interactions with others in your relationships *Identifying sabotaging behaviours to success *Re-energising your motivation and outlook on life *Identifying your needs and how to set healthy boundaries with yourself and others *Assisting you with addictions and unhealthy behaviour patterns A Video link will be sent to your email address upon booking. If you would prefer a session via phone, please email info@flourishlifedesign.com.au, once you book the session online, to let us know. Please ensure you have a private and comfortable place to conduct the session, so you are able to talk in private. All sessions are confidential and are with Delappe' Russell-Rowe (Counsellor/Psychotherapist).
Cancellation Policy
LATE APPOINTMENTS will start at the time of contact and will last only UP TO the hour booked. Appointments 30 mins late or more will be CANCELLED with NO REFUND. Late appointments will NOT GO OVER the 1 hour the time limit due to subsequent client bookings. CANCELLATION POLICY. Please give 24 hours notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, to avoid no refund or cancellation fees.
