Delappe's wide and varied background in teaching, counselling and interior design has led her to creating FLOURISH LIFE + DESIGN, a place  for you to seek informed information about change, happiness and to design a life on your terms.

Delappe' has many hours of face-to-face experience in counselling and psychotherapy, running empowerment workshops and seminars, has written and delivered course content for online delivery and run group therapy sessions to various audiences. Prior to becoming a therapist, Delappe' taught in classrooms for over 20 years. Delappe's career path took  a u-turn for 10 years, when she became a trained Interior Designer, working for many high profile companies on the East Coast of Australia. Delappe' returned to post graduate studies in psychology in 2011 and became a registered counsellor- psychotherapist helping others to overcome life challenges, to live their best lives.

Delappe runs her private practice via Telehealth, with sessions run by phone or video call (Australia wide) on TUESDAY & WEDNESDAYS.
Delappe' is a clinician for Assure Programs offering EAP services THURSDAY & FRIDAY.

Delappe' uses an integrated approach to therapy, including
evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy Acceptance & Commitment Therapy & Gestalt Therapy. Delappe' believes in the value of psycho-education to empower and educate others to be the author of their own well-being journey.
